In rare cases, if any artwork is damaged or lost in transit, we will offer you the full refund. All damages need to be reported within 3 days of receipt of the artwork. We accept returns if the return is a result of our error (that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item). Please email us at email@example.com for reporting any damages.
Refunds will be credited to your account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time.
