Return Policy

In rare cases, if any artwork is damaged or lost in transit, we will offer you the full refund. All damages need to be reported within 3 days of receipt of the artwork. We accept returns if the return is a result of our error (that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item). Please email us at for reporting any damages.

Refunds will be credited to your account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time.
