Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We offer a 2-Day Return Policy. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons: 

  • Damaged Product
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

We accept returns if it is a result of our error, that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us at support@pisarto.com with supporting photographs for reporting any damages within 2 days of receipt of the product.

Pisarto would organize to get it reverse picked-up, otherwise the product will have to be self-shipped to us by the buyer in the same condition it was delivered. Pisarto would pay for the return shipping and replace the product. In case the product is unavailable, Pisarto would refund an equal amount Paid by the buyer for the product. Delivery of the replacement product or refund would be initiated once the returned product reaches Pisarto office.

In rare cases, if any product is lost in transit, we will send a replacement product or offer you the full refund.

We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered by you, or there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. Please make sure to mention your complete address including any landmark (if any) for proper and timely delivery of your shipment. Any re-shipment will be charged extra.

Refunds will be credited to your account within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
