Wash gently with hot water for cleaning and strictly avoid using harsh soaps or detergents. To clean, only use coconut or nylon core because terracotta doesn't work well with harsh abrasives. A tip if you would like to follow the olden traditions then wrap your bottle with a wet cloth to keep the water cool at all times.
